Managers Player of the Season - Brad Smith
Golden Boot Award - Joe Smith
In what has been a severely disrupted season due to postponed fixtures, Dorchester Town U23s finished the season as runners up in the U23 Division 1 of the Hampshire Combination & Development League.
U23 manager Brian Churchill, along with assistant Craig Robinson, expressed their thanks and appreciation to this season’s U23 side:
First and foremost with the U23s, it’s development and about instilling a winning mentality, coupled with the ability to take on information and then put that into practice on a matchday.
We feel on more occasions than not the players did this, and on the games we came up short, they learnt the harsh realities of football.
After last season’s treble winning side it was always going to be a difficult season with every team desperate to beat the reigning champions.
Every player over the course of the season has improved certain aspects within their own game and contributed to making Dorchester Town U23s a team, which gives us all a great sense of pride.
Up The Magpies, it's been a pleasure

Having been at the helm for four successful seasons for the U23 - which included winning the league and cup double in 21/22 and incredible league, cup and shield treble in 22/23 - manager Brian Churchill, assistant Craig Robinson and coach John Cook are all stepping down from their current roles within the U23 setup this summer, with the club currently working on filling the positions.
We would like to thank Brian, Craig and John for all of their hard work and efforts with our U23s side over the last four years.
