The Magpies hit Bashley for six in the New Forest this evening to maintain our 100% start to pre-season.
Olaf Koszela scored twice on his first appearance of pre-season, with Wes Fogden, Shaquille Gwengwe and Wayne Robinson also all on target, plus an own goal.
It was Fogden who opening the scoring midway through the first 45 with his first since returning to the club this summer, going through one-on-one with the keeper before slotting home.
Last season's top goalscorer Gwengwe doubled the lead 10 minutes later with his second goal in as many games after latching onto Luke Pardoe's through pass.
The hosts did pull one back late in the first half through a Brett Williams long-range strike, before Koszela restored the two-goal advantage early in the second period with a neat shot from the edge of the area.
A fourth was added through an own goal before summer signing Wayne Robinson made it five with a back post finish.
Koszela then rounded off the scoring late on for his second of the night with a close range strike.
Now at the half way point in our pre-season fixture list, next up for Tom Killick's side is Bemerton Heath Harlequins at The Avenue this Saturday.
