As many of you will know, unfortunately our goalkeeper Adam Forster suffered a serious shoulder dislocation in our game away at Chesham United just days before Christmas which resulted in Adam getting stretchered off the pitch and having to go to A&E.
After a few scans over the past couple of weeks, Adam has found out that he needs a specific type of surgery called a 'bone blocker' in which he will have two screws bolted into his shoulder to help stabilize the joint to prevent another dislocation.
In order for Adam to recover and get back to playing football as soon as possible, he is going private for this operation to avoid a year long waiting list on the NHS. However, this surgery is expensive, costing around 7-8k, therefore a GoFundMe has been setup to help raise as much money as possible for Adam to help go towards covering the cost of the operation.
Any support you can give Adam to help him get back playing as soon as possible is greatly appreciated.
