Matchday information | Yeovil (H)

We look forward to welcoming supporters for our final pre-season friendly as The Magpies host Yeovil Town tomorrow night (KO 7:00pm).

Volunteers have been working hard to ensure the safety of all attendees and the club has had to put additional measures in place to allow supporters to enter the stadium.

Parking
Parking will be available as normal with a £2 charge. Please pay with exact cash and drop the cash into the stewards bucket.

Only disabled parking bays will used round the front. No supporters are to park around the front of the stadium for the match and instead use the car park on the railway side of the ground.

Entering The Avenue
When entering the stadium face coverings are required through the turnstiles due to the confined space. Both supporters and staff members will be wearing them.

Different tickets are required to enter through different turnstiles – please use the correct turnstile only:

  • DTFC Season ticket and lifetime season ticket holders – Turnstile next to the main stand
  • Online tickets – Turnstile next to the main stand or Turnstile 2 on the railway side of the stadium
  • Pay on the gate cash/contactless payments – Turnstile 6 on the railway side of the stadium

No bags will be permitted into the stadium to improve entry into the ground.

Please note for some supporters who in the past have gone through the main entrance, this is no longer possible and will be refused entry due to COVID regulations – the above turnstiles should be used instead.

Turnstiles will open no earlier than 6pm.

Any tickets enquires/disputes will need to go to the ticket office.

Pay at the gate
This game is not currently sold out, so the railway side turnstile will be available to take exact cash (no change given) or contactless card payments. There will be only be a limited number tickets available on the turnstile so arrive prompt to avoid missing out or buy in advance.

Fans who have not bought a ticket in advance should only enter through the turnstiles on the railway side.

Concessions entries will require ID.

Please assist with NHS track and trace.

The Magpies Suite and Snack bar
The Magpies Suite will be open for the match.

Please use our one-way system to enter the bar – to enter please go down the steps in the Directors Box and leave the bar through the normal exit back to pitchside.

Contactless card payments preferred.

Hot food, confectionary, hot and cold drinks will also be served in the snack bar in the corner of the ground which will be open. Please try to avoid peak times over the course of the game when ordering refreshments.

Please bring correct cash to help with queueing times at the snack bar.

Matchballs
If the ball enters the crowd, please return it by dropping the ball at the side of the perimeter board, as all balls have to be sanitised every time it leaves the pitch.

Social distance
Please follow normal social distancing guidelines (1M plus). Groups or ‘Bubbles’ of six or more people will be asked to disperse. Please follow all guidance from stewards and volunteers.

Please also follow the new additional COVID-19 measures which can be found HERE.

We appreciate your support and understanding as we all try to get back the new normal – thank you.
