@DorchTownFC Community Engagement Day

Community Engagement Day

Dorchester Town FC’s Tesco Bags of Help appeal ended on the 30th June and we are expecting to receive £1,000 to pay towards a Community Engagement Day in the Dorchester Borough Gardens on Wednesday 23rd August 2017, 10:30-15:00.

The money will be spent on bouncy castle hire, Punch & Judy, music in the bandstand and face painting, all free to the public, money will also be spent on first aid cover and insurance. We will then fill in with stalls from the Football Club and other Community groups.

The Football Club will be putting on a merchandise stall, a stall promoting the club activities (tickets, fixtures, the CBS, sponsorship, room hire, lottery, soccer schools etc), a refreshments stall, a barbecue and a cake stand.

The main aim of the day is to engage with the wider community, many of whom may not have any sort of affiliation with the club.

If you are a community group and would like a stall at the Borough Gardens at this event please call Mark in the Club office on 01305 262451/07763 026395 or email:

Thank you for your support.
